Removing outdated content from workflows

As your processes change, you'll need to remove content that's no longer relevant.

Removing questions

1. Go to Setup → Workflows
2. Open the workflow containing the question
3. Locate the question you want to remove
4. Click ⋮ (vertical dots) next to the question
5. Select Remove
6. Click Save

note

Removing a question from a workflow doesn't delete it from your Questions library. It's still available to add to other workflows.

Removing documents or images

1. Open the workflow in edit mode
2. Navigate to the section containing the content
3. Select the document link, embedded file, or image
4. Click the delete or remove option
5. Click Save
